Our center employs and supports a teaching staff that has the educational qualifications, knowledge and professional commitment necessary to promote children's learning and development and to support families' diverse needs and interests. Hiland's teachers have obtained high levels of formal education and have specialized in early childhood education. They have gone through state and criminal background checks, and have completed a thorough orientation process. Annually, our teachers participate in on going professional development - acquiring more than twenty four hours of continuing education. All staff are trained in fire safety, first aid and CPR. Many of our teachers have been with us for 2 years to 25 years.
